All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available products first and send the remaining items as soon as they become available.

You will be notified via email about any delays or partial shipments.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

These costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on the part of Royal Touch.

The estimated delivery date may vary depending on:

  • The delivery destination


  • The shipping method selected


  • The number of items in your order


Your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.

We will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with your delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Excise fees


These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged items (if applicable).

We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
